Mohanlal Memorial institute of Education is a premier institute in the field of Education. The college is managed by New Gobind Public Welfare Society (Regd.) Amritsar, founded by Dr. R.P Khullar. The agony of loss of father at a very tender age inspired him to establish the institute. The institution inspires everyone to break free from the city chaos, right into the arms of Mother Nature. Encapsulated with smartly laid out lush green lawns it is spread over a sprawling area of 18 acres. The institution has excellent infrastructure that is suitable to impart quality teacher education as per the NCTE norms. The classrooms are well ventilated and laboratories adequately equipped. We have a well equipped Science, Psychology, Computer and Language cum Technology Lab with state of the Art facilities. It is beyond doubt that only the trained teachers can meet the multifarious challenges & needs of the present generation. It is the prime objective of the college, to provide trained & dedicated teachers to the society. The institute focusing  into attain the above mentioned objective the college has well qualified and experienced faculty. The college has successfully completed five years with excellent results. It would not be an exaggeration to state we have performed magnificently and have achieved spectacular success on all fronts.

Missions are to provide stimulating academic environment for the promotion of high quality teaching learning process, developing social sensitivity among the student teachers to serve the society, preparing the student teachers in the pursuit of national development and develop dynamic teachers of scientific mindset & high character to lead the nation in modern era. Mohanlal Memorial institute of Education has separate hostels for Girls inside the campus, with well furnished and spacious rooms. The college committed to the total upliftment of the society by imparting quality professional education, aiming at modeling totally competent professionals with ingenuity, adaptability, social commitment and ethical spiritual values by creating a congenial academic ambience that kindles innovative thinking, continually upgrade the quality management system through empowerment and involvement.
