Srimad Andavan Arts & Science College

Srimad Andavan Arts and Science College strives to build a thriving learning culture, responsive to the needs of the community at large through value based education to create a dynamic, optimistic, committed community of educated youth by providing a conducive learning environment at affordable cost and proper training to empower them with the leadership potentials and employable skills. The college was established at tiruchirapalli in 1996 by Sri Rangaramanuja MahaDesikan, built as a self-financed institution. It is an offspring of Srirangam Srimad Andavan Ashram that has sublime tradition and spiritual heritage of more than three centuries. The college is managed efficiently by Sri Ranganatha Paduka Vidyala Trust, includes a group of eminent educationalists and industrialists. It constantly endeavors to empower the youth to emerge as leaders of the future by offering quality, value based education and it attracts a beeline of students by its innovative programs, teaching and learning strategies.

The college offers an inspiring ambience that fosters teaching - learning and research with knowledge and integrity realising, the fact that integrity without knowledge is weak and useless whereas knowledge without integrity is dangerous and dreadful. This enables the students to have variety of stimulating environment towards intellectual development, from thinking and personal growth offered by the management. With the fully-automated Career Guidance Cell and a full-time professional counselor, institute ensures that students are offered the best possible support in terms of getting regular in-plant training, project internships and placements. The institute has also established a framework for leveraging its extensive industry tie-ups and intends to build a strong alumni network.
