The Meghalaya Rural Bank was established on 29 December, 1981. It is a scheduled bank to promote Financial Inclusion and Financial Literacy among the rural folk. This bank has 67 branches in Meghalaya State.  Meghalaya Rural Bank is profit-making and one of the best performing and premier RRBs of the country.

The Meghalaya Rural Bank has recently advertised vacancies to be filled in the post Office Assistant ( Multi-purpose ) . Application has invited only for those candidates who have been declared qualify in RRBs- CWE conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2016. Thus the candidates, who fulfill eligibility criteria as per official notification, can submit their application form through the official website.

IBPS RRB Office Assistant 2017 Application Fee:

  1. All the SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidates must have to pay 100/- Rupees.
  2. All the General and OBC candidates have to pay 600/- Rupees application fee.
  3. Candidates can pay the application fee through the net banking, debit card, credit card, etc.
