The Meghalaya Rural Bank was established on 29 December, 1981. It is a scheduled bank to promote Financial Inclusion and Financial Literacy among the rural folk. The Meghalaya Rural Bank has recently advertised vacancies to be filled in the post Office Assistant ( Multi-purpose ) . Application has invited only for those candidates who have been declared qualify in RRBs- CWE conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2016. The Institute of Banking personnel selection will be conducting the common written exam for selection of the candidates in IBPS RRB Office Assistant 2017.
