Allahabad University UGAT Entrance Examination Reservation of Seats – 2015

For B.A. / B.Sc. ( Maths ) / B.Sc. ( Bio ) / B.Sc. ( Home Science ) / B.Com. / B.F.A. / B.P.E. / B.Mus / B.S. ( GDS ) Courses:

The Seats will be allocated for various categories that details are mentioned below.

15% of the total seats in each subject / Courses shall be reserved for candidates belonging to scheduled caste ( SC ) Category.

7.5 % of the total seats in each subject / Course shall be reserved for candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe ( ST ) Category.

27% of the total seats in each subject / courses shall be reserved for candidates belonging to Other Backward Caste ( OBC ) Category.

A weightage given below shall be added to the score obtained by the candidate in the Admission Test / Entrance Test,

NCC ‘ B ‘ Certificate holder: 5%

NCC ‘ C ‘ Certificate holder: 10%

2% of the total seats in each subject / Course shall be allotted under Sports Quota.

Physically Challenged Quota:

3% of the total seats in each subject / Course shall be allotted for Physically Challenged quota. 3% ( 1% Hearing Impaired, 1% Visually Impaired and 1% Orthopaedic disability and cerebral Palsy )
