Manipal University Online Entrance Test (MU OET)

The Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT), Manipal, a constituent institute of Manipal University, is rated among the top five private engineering colleges in India. Established in 1957, MIT is one of the first self-financing engineering colleges in the country. In 2000, the college became a constituent institute of the deemed university - Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), which is today known as Manipal University. The institute which celebrated its Golden Jubilee in the year 2007 attracts a diverse student community from all over India. MIT is known for its rich, vibrant campus life marked by technical, cultural and sports events running throughout the year. In 1974, it renamed as Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT) from Manipal Engineering College (MEC). MU OET 2018 test will be held online probably in the month of April, 2018. The university will invite application form for MU OET 2018 probably in the month of November, 2017. The candidates, who are seeking admission in the UG and PG courses offered by Manipal University and its affiliated institutes, can apply for MU OET 2018. MU OET Engineering 2021 Civil Engineering Syllabus

  1. Candidates would be allotted seats as per their merit ranking and exam score.
  2. They have to fill the form, pay the fees and book the test slot.
  3. Thereafter on attempting the exam, a rank would be assigned to them according to their marks.
  4. On the basis of ranks in merit list, created from applying cutoff, candidates would be allotted seats.
  5. The fees is same for all the candidates, no relaxation of age, fees or seats is provisioned as per MU OET 2018 Reservation of Seats.
