Thapar University ( TU ) was established on 8 October 1956 as an Engineering College named Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology. It is a University established in 1985 vides Sec.3 of the UGC Act, 1956.Thapar University offers undergraduate programs BE / B.Tech / LEET in Engineering, Science, Management and Social Sciences. Thapar University ( TU ) Engineering Entrance Examination Counselling -2015

University will conduct the counselling in mid-week of July 2015.

Candidates who get enlisted in the merit list will get the chance to mark options of colleges and courses according to priority.

You are required to be physically present at the counselling venue to participate in the process. Also, it is necessary to bring all the relevant documents and certificates in originals and prescribed format. Further, they must be attested by authorities.

You are suggested to bring photocopies of the set as well.

At the time of document verification, you must bring a DD of Rs.1500 in favor of “Thapar University”, payable at Patiala to proceed with the counselling
