Law School Admission Test India ( LSAT )

The Law School Admission Test ( LSAT ) is a half-day, standardized test administered four times each year at designated testing centers throughout the world. The test is an integral part of the law school admission process in the United States, Canada, and a growing number of other countries. It provides a standard measure of acquired reading and verbal reasoning skills that law schools can use as one of several factors in assessing applicants.

Law School Admission Test 2015 is a 2 hour 20 minutes test and has a total of four sections.

It is a paper-pencil test and is set in multiple choice format.

Negative marking is not applicable in LSAT 2015.

Each section is assigned specific duration. Candidates are required to finish each section in this duration. Candidates are not allowed to go back to the previous section or start the next section even if they have finished the current section. When the time is up for a particular section then the invigilators make an announcement to start the next section.

LSAT 2014 does not test candidates’ general knowledge or math skills. It tests critical thinking skills that candidates have acquired during his / her academic lifetime

There is one 15-minute break between section 2 and section 3.

All questions are in a multiple-choice format, some with 4 answer choices and others with 5 answer choices.
