Management Aptitude and Skills Test ( MAST )

Management Aptitude and Skills Test is a computer-based objective type test which evaluates some major tasks of the candidates like critical thinking; cross - functional competence; communication skills; key personality traits and cultural awareness; competence in their discipline and technological competence. The 2 hours 30 minutes MAST test is divided into three main sections namely - General Aptitude; Domain Knowledge and Psychometric or Personality Assessment. Management Aptitude and Skills Test - MAST is the latest offering for the benefit of both recruiters and fresh Management pass outs alike. In the current business scenario companies are beginning to understand that to stay competitive, they need to focus on developing and hiring most suitable candidates for the right job. The task becomes tougher when the talent is raw and needs focused grooming.It is a huge challenge in terms of time and money for the recruiters to explore this talent from across the B-Schools which have mushroomed in the country in the last decade.

MAST 2021 Exam Pattern

Apart from being of great assistance to recruiters the test will also benefit students by providing them with a large amount of exposure to the Indian job market. This test will be aimed at evaluating the following important skills of the student.

MAST will be computer-based and will be of 150-minutes duration. Students will be tested in various fields divided in three main sections.

Test Format

The test format endorsed by industry leaders will evaluate the following important skills of the student - Critical thinking, Cross-functional competence, Communication skills, Key personality traits & cultural awareness, Competence in their discipline and Technological competence.

Test is divided in three main sections:

MAST is objective type test with duration of 2 hours and 30 minutes.
