Symbiosis National Aptitude Test ( SNAP )

Symbiosis National Aptitude Test is national level tests organizes by Symbiosis International University to offer PG courses. It is a university level entrance examination through which candidates can get admission in management courses (MBA) offered by various associated institutions of Symbiosis University and conducted every academic year. In the branches of SIU for various PG programs, the qualified students are provided admissions.

SNAP 2021 Exam Pattern

SNAP 2018 is an online (computer-based) exam consisting of four sections and carrying 150 multiple choice questions. The total score adds up to 150 (1 mark for each question).

Scoring Scheme: Every correct answer will be awarded 1 mark and each incorrect answer will incur a deduction of 25% of the allotted marks (1/4th or 0.25 marks).

Type of Questions (Changed) 
From 2018 onwards, there will be two types of questions in SNAP exam. They are as follows:

Normal Questions: will be objective in nature i.e. MCQ type. Each question will have 4 responses suggested as answers, out of which one that seems appropriate must be selected
Special Questions: each section will have blanks where answers will have to be entered using a virtual keyboard. For example, if the question is “What is the capital of Australia?” The candidate needs to enter the answer as CANBERRA by using the virtual keyboard.
