Symbiosis National Aptitude Test ( SNAP )

Symbiosis National Aptitude Test is national level tests organizes by Symbiosis International University to offer PG courses. It is a university level entrance examination through which candidates can get admission in management courses (MBA) offered by various associated institutions of Symbiosis University and conducted every academic year. In the branches of SIU for various PG programs, the qualified students are provided admissions.

SNAP 2021 Exam Syllabus

The syllabus for SNAP 2018 is based on English, Mathematics, and Logic of higher secondary school level knowledge. It will be as decided by SIU for every section. Aspirants must make sure that they follow the right syllabus to prepare well for the test.

The section wise syllabus is given as follows:

General English
This section will assess the grasp an aspirant has on the English language. The test paper will comprise of questions based on a given passage. Candidates must comprehend the contents of the passage and answer these questions. An individual’s vocabulary, grammar, verbal ability and reasoning skills will also be tested in this section. They must have a good understanding of basic mathematical concepts to fare well in this section. The important topics for this section are as follows:

Current Affairs
For this section, aspirants must be aware of the general events happening in the world for the past 2 years. They are advised to read newspapers daily. Questions from the following topics are asked:

  • Political events
  • Technology

Logical Reasoning
This section will determine the student’s ability to think accurately and swiftly. Students can expect questions on diagrams, figures as also analogies in this section. Problem-solving and decision making skills will also be tested. Questions on the following topics will be asked:
