MAMI MCA 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Management Association of MCA Institutes ( MAMI  ) MCA Entrance Examination Eligibility Criteria– 2015:

MAMI-MCA-CET 2015 is conducted by Competent Authority appointed by the Association for taking admission to MCA program in the government, Govt. Aided, University Managed, University Departments and Unaided Institutes in the Maharashtra State for the academic session 2015.

Management Association of MCA Institutes (MAMI) has announced the exam dates for MAMI Master of Computer Application Common Entrance Test (MAMI-MCA-CET 2015), which will be held in July-2015. The MAMI-MCA-CET will be held on Sunday, July 19, 2015.

Eligibility Criteria:

Age limit:

There is no age limit for admission to three year post graduate degree course in MCA.

Educational Qualification:

1. Graduates in any stream including Commerce, Science, Arts, Engineering, Management and Professionals like CS, CA, ICWA, CMA, CAIIB and CFA, who have completed their graduation degree awarded by any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956 of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India
2. Candidates should have studied Mathematics or Statistics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or higher level examination.

Aggregated Score:

Candidates should have Passed in any Bachelor’s with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate* or equivalent CGPA ( 45% in case of candidates of backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only )

Final Year Appearing Candidates:

1. Candidates who have appeared for a degree examination and are awaiting results are also eligible to apply.
2. In case such candidates are selected and their results are not available at the time of Admission, these candidates will be given provisional admission.
3. Such candidates shall have to furnish the proof of fulfilling the eligibility criteria, preferably at the time of Admission failing which, their admission shall be cancelled and the seats made available to waiting list candidates.

Note:

1. The candidates who have passed Bachelor of Computer Application ( BCA ), Bachelor of Computer Science ( BCS ), Bachelor of Science ( Computer / Information Technology ) degree courses are not required to fulfill the requirement of having studied Mathematics or Statistics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or higher level examination.
2. Any issues related with eligibility shall be decided by the Competent Authority.

Maharashtra State candidates Eligibility ( through CAP ):

For First Year MCA

1. Candidate should be an Indian National & should possess basic qualification as specified above
2. Appeared and qualified in the Common Entrance Test MAH-MCA-CET 2015.

For Second Year MCA for Lateral Entry / Separate Division

1. Candidate should be an Indian National & should possess basic qualification prescribed above in Computer application, Computer science or Science (IT / Computer) i.e BCA, BCS or Bachelor of Science( IT / Computer) appeared and qualified in the Common Entrance Test MAH-MCA-CET 2015
2. Appeared and qualified in the Common Entrance Test MAH-MCA-CET 2015.

Outside Maharashtra State( OMS ) candidates Eligibility:

For First Year MCA

1. Candidate should be an Indian National & should possess basic qualification as specified in above
2. Appeared and qualified in AIMCET 2015 for seeking admission to MCA. Or Appeared and qualified in the Common Entrance Test MAH-MCA-CET 2015.

J & K Migrant Candidates Eligibility:

1. Candidate should be an Indian National & should possess basic qualification as specified in above and appeared and qualified in the Common Entrance Test MAH-MCA-CET 2015 or Appeared and qualified in AIMCET 2015

NRI / Foreign National / PIO / Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries Eligibility:

1. Basic educational qualification as specified in above
2. Appeared and qualified in AIMCET 2015. or Appeared and qualified in the Common Entrance Test MAH-MCA-CET 2015.or any other equivalent entrance examination conducted for the academic year 2015-16.

Eligibility Criteria for Minority / Institute Level seats:

For First Year MCA

1. Candidate should be an Indian National & should possess basic qualification as specified in above
2. Appeared for AIMCET 2015 OR Appeared for the Common Entrance Test MAH-MCA-CET 2015 .OR CET conducted by agency ( including Association of all colleges of a particular type in the State ) approved by Pravesh Niyantran Samiti located at Bandra (E), Mumbai-51 for the academic year 2015-16.

For Second Year MCA for Lateral Entry and Separate Division

1. Candidate should be an Indian National & should possess basic qualification prescribed in above in Computer application, Computer science or Science ( IT / Computer) i.e BCA, BCS or Bachelor of Science( IT / Computer) appeared and qualified in the Common Entrance Test MAH-MCA-CET 2015
2. Appeared for AIMCET 2015 Or Appeared for the Common Entrance Test MAH-MCA-CET 2015. Or CET conducted by agency ( including Association of all colleges of a particular type in the State ) approved by Pravesh Niyantran Samiti located at Bandra (E), Mumbai-51 for the academic year 2015-16.
