Adesh University Post Graduate Medical Entrance Examination ( AUPGMEE ) Entrance Examination Selection Procedure – 2015

For MD / MS courses:

Adesh University has conducted Entrance Examination for the admission of Post Graduate medical courses during the academic year 2015-16.

The Selection and Admission process will be carried out in the following two phases:

Conduct of Entrance Examination ( AUPGMEE-2015 )

Counselling, Admission and Enrolment

Selection Criteria:

85% seats to be filled by the University will be on the basis of merit in the Entrance Examination AUPGMEE-2015 and in case of any seats remaining vacant, these will be filled by following the Medical Council of India Regulations amended from time to time.

The remaining 15% of the total seats for Foreign National / NRI / PIO category candidates will be filled by following the above mentioned criteria.

For admission under Foreign National / NRI / PIO category, the candidates will have to get eligibility from Adesh University for which detail is available on the website of the University www.adeshuniversity.ac.in .

Candidates seeking admission under Foreign National / NRI / PIO category quota are required to fulfil all the conditions laid down by Medical Council of India as applicable from time to time.

Candidates seeking admission under the Foreign National / NRI / PIO category quota at Adesh University who have obtained qualification in appropriate subjects from any Institution / University recognized by the competent authority of the respective country shall be eligible to apply.

However, such candidates must apply to Adesh University for obtaining eligibility certificate before applying for admission.

After obtaining the Eligibility Certificate, the candidate shall be required to apply afresh to the Adesh University for seeking admission. All applications for admission are required to be submitted to

The physical presence of the candidate is compulsory at the time of counselling. Admissions shall be made strictly according to merit.

Selected candidates will be required to deposit the prescribed fee at the time of Counselling.
