Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), Puducherry will be conducting the JIPMER PG 2019 entrance exam for providing qualified applicants admissions to MD/MS postgraduate degree. The degree is offered in numerous courses such as Pathology, Microbiology, Physiology, etc in MD and General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Ophthalmology, etc in MS. Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research, Puducherry (JIPMER) under Government of India since the year 1956, is one of the leading Medical Institutions of India. JIPMER has been declared as an “Institution of National Importance” by an Act of Parliament, JIPMER, Puducherry, Act, 2008. A copy of the Act was Gazette notified on 14-7-2008 to enforce this Act. Prior to this the Institute was functioning under the administrative control of Directorate General of Health Service, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, New Delhi.

JIPMER PG 2019 Result for the MD and MS programs will be declared within 2 weeks of conducting the exam. The results will be announced on the official JIPMER website in the form of a rank list. Only those students who have qualified the exam will be able to view their result. The results can be checked by following these few steps:

Enter your Application Number and Date of Birth to know your result.
