Maharashtra Common Entrance Test ( MHT - CET )

MHT CET Notification 2019: Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET) is an annual entrance exam conducted by the Government of Maharashtra for admission for Engineering, University Managed, University Departments and Unaided Institutes in the state of Maharashtra, India. State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra will invite applications from eligible candidates.

MHCET Application Form 2019 has been released on January 01st, 2019 and will be continued till March 23, 2019. Moreover, with an additional fee of INR 500/-, candidates can fill the application form till March 31, 2019. MHT CET 2019 exams will commence from May 02nd to May 13, 2019 in the online mode for the first time. The entrance test will comprise of 3 papers – Paper I for Mathematics (1.30 hours), Paper II (1.30 hours) for Physics and Chemistry, Paper III – Zoology & Botany in online mode. Candidates need to study the whole class 12th syllabus along with only some portions of the class 11 syllabus.

Application forms of MHT CET 2019 will be available in online mode for aspirants from January 01st to 23rd March 2019. Candidates will be able to download the admit card of MHTCET 2019 from April 25th to May 2nd, 2019. MHT CET Medical 2021 Counselling Procedure

MHT CET 2019 Counselling Procedure:

MHT CET 2019 counselling and seat allotment procedure will commence tentatively from the first week of June in online mode. The counselling will be conducted in three rounds along with one additional round to fill the vacant seats. The counselling is Centralized Counselling Process (CAP). Based on the merit list and preference of the candidates, MHT CET 2019 counselling will be conducted. Candidates who will be placed higher will be preferred over the lower-ranked candidates while the seat allotment and counselling of MHT CET 2019. To participate in the MHT CET 2019 counselling candidates will have to register themselves. Along with the registration, candidates will have to pay the counselling fee also.

Steps Included in MHT CET 2019 Counselling Procedure

Step 1: Online registration to participate in MHT CET 2019 Counselling (Centralised Admission Process). While registering for the counselling, candidates will have fill and lock their choices in order of their preference.

Step 2: Visiting Facilitation (FC) in person for Document Verification

Step 3: Display of provisional merit list of eligible candidates

Step 4: Reporting at the allotted institute to confirm allotted seat after final CAP round. Once seat is allotted to the candidate, they will have the options like freeze, slide, and float.
