Maharashtra Common Entrance Test ( MHT - CET )

MHT CET Notification 2019: Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET) is an annual entrance exam conducted by the Government of Maharashtra for admission for Engineering, University Managed, University Departments and Unaided Institutes in the state of Maharashtra, India. State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra will invite applications from eligible candidates.

MHCET Application Form 2019 has been released on January 01st, 2019 and will be continued till March 23, 2019. Moreover, with an additional fee of INR 500/-, candidates can fill the application form till March 31, 2019. MHT CET 2019 exams will commence from May 02nd to May 13, 2019 in the online mode for the first time. The entrance test will comprise of 3 papers – Paper I for Mathematics (1.30 hours), Paper II (1.30 hours) for Physics and Chemistry, Paper III – Zoology & Botany in online mode.  Candidates need to study the whole class 12th syllabus along with only some portions of the class 11 syllabus.

Application forms of MHT CET 2019 will be available in online mode for aspirants from January 01st to 23rd March 2019. Candidates will be able to download the admit card of MHTCET 2019 from April 25th to May 2nd, 2019. MHT CET Medical 2021 Eligibility Criteria

MHT CET 2019 Eligibility Criteria:

MHTCET 2019 eligibility criteria vary from candidates belonging to different categories, home state and from states outside Maharashtra. Eligibility criteria of MHTCET 2019 include eligibility conditions related to age, qualifying examination, marks scored in the qualifying exam, number of attempts, etc.

MHT CET 2019 Eligibility Criteria For Engineering

  1. Candidate must belong to Indian nationality.
  2. The student must have passed the 12th exam from a recognized university.
  3. General category candidates must have scored minimum 50% aggregate marks in class 12th or equivalent exam from a recognized board/University with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, while reserve category (SC/ST/OBC) candidates need to have scored 45% and above in class 12th.
  4. The student must secure qualifying marks in JEE Main Paper 1.

MHTCET 2019 Eligibility Criteria For Pharmacy

  1. Candidate must belong to the Indian Nationality.
  2. General category candidates must have scored minimum 45% aggregate marks in class 12th or equivalent exam from a recognized board/University with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, while reserve category (SC/ST/OBC) candidates need to have scored 40% and above in class 12th.
  3. No age limit is applicable.
