Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences ( NIMS ) is conducting AIPPGMDEE-2015 Medical / Dental Entrance Exam ( NIMS-2015 ) for the Admission of MD / MS / MDS Courses of the year 2015.

NIMSET 2021 PG - Admission Procedure

Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences ( NIMS ) University All India PRE-PG ( Medical / Dental ) ( AIPPGMDEE ) Entrance Examination-2015 – Admission Procedure

Selection of the candidates shall be on the basis of the merit list of All India Pre-PG ( Medical / Dental ) Entrance Examination ( AIPPGMDEE ) -2015 of NIMS University. The selection will be based on merit-cum-choice and preference for the colleges and subjects. The students have to fill the preference chart for the colleges and subjects at the time of filling admission form. The students will be allotted the colleges strictly accordingly to the preference chart.

Counseling: There will be counseling for admission to Post Graduate Courses in different subjects. Selected candidates of PG Medical / Dental Admission Examination appearing for Counseling will be required to fill a Performa. Candidates shall appear before the Counseling Committee in person

Documents to be submitted at the time of Admission:

The following original certificates / documents of the candidates admitted shall be received in the Office of the Principal, of concerned Medical / Dental College at the time of admission:

Secondary School / 10th / High School Certificate

MBBS / BDS Degree

MBBS / BDS Final Professional Mark-Sheet

The documents shall be returned to the candidates on completion of the course or at the time of removal of his / her name from the rolls of the University after clearing the outstanding University dues.

All admissions shall be provisional in the first instance and shall be liable for cancellation at any time if it is found that the candidate has furnished wrong information or has concealed the facts intentionally.

A candidate shall express his / her choice of preference of subject at the time of filling the Application Form. It shall be treated his / her final choice. After he / she is admitted in a particular course, he / she shall have no claim for admission on any dropout / resultant vacant seats. Any drop-out / resultant vacancy shall be filled from the common waiting list prepared at the time of counseling.

The admitted candidates will be subjected to a medical examination of physical fitness by the medical board of the respective member institutions of the University, as per the required standards. If any candidate is found unfit, his / her admission will be cancelled and fee will be refunded.

Cancellation of Admission & Withdrawal from the course

The provisional admission of the student, who has paid admission fees but fails to join the course at the institute within the time limit communicated, is liable to be cancelled, and the tuition fee paid will not be refunded in case the seat remain vacant due to this reason.

The prescribed fee once paid will not be refunded if after registration of provisional admission, any student withdraws / discontinues from the course / college in midstream. In such case a fee of total duration of the course shall have to be paid by the student.

In case, candidate has paid fee in part and he / she requests cancellation of admission, he / she shall not be refunded fee paid by him / her.

Enrollment: All the provisionally selected candidates for admission in the MD / MS / MDS course for the academic year 2015-16 in any of the constituent colleges of NIMS University are required to apply through head of college in prescribed pro-forma for enrollment and registration as per rules and regulation of respective university. All the admissions are provisional unless otherwise enrolment is not completed.

Any Changes if deemed necessary may be affected by the University which will be displayed on University website and therefore, the candidates are advised to visit University website regularly. No separate notification will be issued.

Jurisdiction:

Any dispute if arises in the process of selection / admission is subject to Jaipur City Court / Jaipur High Court Jurisdiction only.

University has the right to change the dates / admission process, examination centres etc. due to unavoidable circumstances.

University has the right to cancel the entrance test without giving any reason.

Note: University has not authorized any person or agency to issue admission test form, collect fee or involve directly or indirectly in the process of admission. If any candidate / agent do such act they will do on their own risk. University / College will not be responsible.
