Punjab Medical Entrance Test ( PMET )

Punjab Medical Entrance Test is mainly conducted by Baba Farid University of Health Science, Faridkot. Punjab PMET is an entrance examination which is conducted for offering admission in Medicine and Dentistry courses like MBBS / BDS etc under private and government colleges of Punjab. After the year 2016, Admission is provided on the basis of NEET score card. Candidates have to participate in NEET examination. NEET is a National Level Entrance Examination known as National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test. Candidates should apply online for getting admission in MBBS / BDS courses. PMET 2021 Counselling Procedure

Counselling for Punjab PMET 2018:

  1. The successful candidates will have to take part in the counselling process which will begin from 10th July 2018.
  2. The counselling process will complete the process of admission. 
  3. Punjab PMET counselling 2018 will be conducted in online mode only.
  4. Candidates who will qualify Punjab PMET 2018 as per the merit list will be eligible to participate in the online counselling for admissions to MBBS and BDS seats in medical and dental colleges of Punjab.
  5. In order to participate in the Punjab PMET 2018 counselling, candidates have to fill a preference form for both MBBS & BDS courses through the common online admission application form.
  6. Documents will be verified at the time of reporting in the allocated college, if any discrepancy is detected in original documents, including category, sub-category and any other false information given by the candidate in online filled admission form then seat allocated is liable to be cancelled.
