Sri Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education ( SSAHE ) Academy is conforming to the relevant regulations / norms of the UGC and other statutory bodies concerned. Admissions will be made on All India basis to the identical courses through a common entrance test conducted by the Academy. SSAHE seeking Bright students for Admission to PG Medical and Dental Courses such as MD, MS, MDS, PG Diploma courses for the year 2015. Applying candidates should have completed or is completing compulsory rotating internship on or before 30th April 2015. The Complete SSAHE Admission – 2015 details will be described as follows.

SSAHE 2021 AIPGET - counselling Procedure

Sri Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education ( SSAHE ) AIPGET Medical Entrance Examination Counselling – 2015

The counseling sessions will be conducted at Sri Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education ( SSAHE ), Agalakote, B.H.Road, Tumkur – 572 107.

The dates for counseling of Medical & Dental PG Courses will be announced in due course on the university website.

Failure to report for counseling on the scheduled date and time will result in instantaneous cancellation of a claim of the candidate to the seat.

The candidate should remain present for the counseling & for on-the-spot admission, as per the schedule displayed on website, even if he / she fails to receive a letter from the University.

Only the candidate & one of his parents / guardian will be allowed into the hall where counseling is held. The candidates will be called in the order of their Ranking in the merit list & offered the seats to the various courses available at that point of time.

The candidate must note that appearance for the examination & inclusion of name in the eligibility list does not necessarily mean that he / she will get admission to any course. His / her admission to a particular course will depend upon the availability of seats for that particular course at the time of his / her counseling.

After selection the seat, the selected candidate is required to pay the entire amount of annual fee on the day of counseling itself. In case the candidate fails to remit the entire amount of fees, he / she is likely to lose his / her claim for admission to that seat.

Process of Seat Selection

The following all stages of selection of seat and admission to course by the candidate.

a) Registration

b) Verification of original document

c) Selection of seat by the candidate

d) Remittance of fee in the form of Demand Draft

e) Issue of Allotment letter

Seat once selected it is final and cannot be changed. If a candidate remains absent for the counseling round, however high score the candidate has got in the entrance test will deemed to have lost his chance of selecting a seat.

Documents Required at the Time of Counseling

At the time of counseling, candidate is required to produce the following documents in original. Failure to do so will result in instantaneous cancellation the claim for seat selection and admission.

1. Letter of Counseling. If the candidate does not receive the Counseling letter he / she should bring Rank Card / Admission Ticket.

2. Proof of date of Birth: SSLC / SSC / 10th Std. Certificate or School / College Leaving Certificate or Certificate of Domicile / Nationality Certificate/ Birth Certificate.

3. Marks cards – MBBS / BDS - from 1st to final year.

4. Attempt Certificate.

5. Internship Completion certificate ( if not completed, provisional completion letter from Dean / Principal ).

6. Provisional / Permanent registration of the Medical / Dental Council.

7. Degree certificate / Provisional Degree Certificate.

8. Migration Certificate.

9. Four recent passport-sizes colored photographs. ( Same as in test admission ticket )

10. MCI / DCI - recognition of the college where student has completed the course.

11. Tuition fees & other fees in the form of Demand Draft in favour of “ Secretary, SSMC”, Tumkur for Medical courses / “ Secretary, SSDC, for Dental Courses, payable at Tumkur.

12. Separate DD for Rs.3000/- Favoring “Registrar, SSAHE”, Tumkur, payable at Tumkur towards Eligibility fees.

13. Caste certificate issued by the competent authority for the candidates claiming lower eligibility criteria under SC / ST / OBC category as per Govt. of Karnataka regulations.
