Sri Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education - Entrance Examination

Sri Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education ( SSAHE ) Academy is conforming to the relevant regulations / norms of the UGC and other statutory bodies concerned. Admissions will be made on All India basis to the identical courses through a common entrance test conducted by the Academy. SSAHE seeking Bright students for Admission to PG Medical and Dental Courses such as MD, MS, MDS, PG Diploma courses for the year 2015. Applying candidates should have completed or is completing compulsory rotating internship on or before 30th April 2015. The Complete SSAHE Admission – 2015 details will be described as follows.

SSAHE 2021 Application Procedure

Sri Siddhartha University ( SSU ) All India Under Graduate Entrance Test ( AIUET ) Entrance Examination Application Procedure – 2015 :

For MBBS, BDs course:

1) Online Application Form :

It is available on the University website which can be filled and submitted.

2) Offline Application Form:

It is available from the university website in the PDF format which can be download OR the candidate can directly get the application form the University office.

Submission of Application Form:

a). Online Application Form :

Application form after filling the details can be submitted online on or before 25/04/2015. However, it is mandatory to submit the downloaded registration form (after submitting the online application form) along with all necessary enclosure and demand draft to the address given below on or before 30/04/2015.

b). Offline Application Form :

Filled application form along with all necessary enclosure and demand draft to be sent to the address given below on or before 30/04/2015.

Note:

Candidates are advised to obtain a Photo copy of the application form, which may be useful.

Following documents have to be enclosed along with the application form

( Do not enclose original of any document )

(i) Self attested copies for SSLC / X Std. marks cards.

(ii) Self attested copies for PUC / HSC / XII Std., marks cards or certified copy of marks by the Principal.

(iii) Photocopy of Proof of Date of Birth. If it is not mentioned in the above marks cards.

(iv) In case of SC / ST / OBC category certificate in the prescribed form by the concerned Authority.

(v) Demand Draft in favour of “Registrar, SSAHE, Payable at Tumkur.

( Rs.2000/- for three subjects & Rs.2500/- for four subjects as non refundable processing fee ).

(vi) Four (04) recent passport size Photograph. Photograph must be taken with name of the candidate ( as in application) and date of taking photograph as shown below, otherwise application of the candidate will be rejected.
