Application Procedure for the Recruitment of Constable under Sports Quota:

How to Apply:

(a) Examination Fee: - Non refundable Examination fee of Rs 150 /- (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty only) shall have to be paid through Postal Order in favour of “Kolkata Police Recruitment Board” payable in Kolkata. The number(s) of the Postal Order shall be inscripted in the online Application Form. The original Postal Order(s) shall have to be enclosed with the printed copy of the filled up and saved Application Form when submitting on the day of PMT & PET.

(Scheduled Tribe & Scheduled caste candidates are exempted from Examination Fee).

(b)Application Form:-

(i) On Line ‘Application Form’ is available in the Kolkata Police Recruitment Board website www.kprb.kolkatapolice.gov.in which shall be filled up and saved online. After completion of the process of filling up and saving online application form, an unique Identification Number will appear on the screen, which shall have to be noted by each candidate. The said Identification Number will be the “Key” number for downloading the Call Letter/Admit Card and further communication after wards during the process of recruitment.

(ii) The filled up and saved online application form shall have to be printed (Print option is shown on the screen) and submitted along with the required testimonials at the KPRB Counter when called for PMT & PET.

(iii) The following documents shall have to be attached with the printed copy of the filled up Application Form:-

(a) Original Postal Order/Demand Draft (Except for Scheduled Tribe & Scheduled Caste candidates)

(b) One Copy of recent passport size (3.5cm x 3.5cm), self attested photograph to be pasted on the print copy of the filled up and saved Application Form on the right top box.

(c) Attested copy the certificates of educational qualification.

(d) Attested copy of the Admit Card of Madhyamik /Equivalent Examination as proof of age.

(e) Attested copy of the Certificate of proficiency in sports & games.

(f) Attested copy of SC/ST/OBC Certificate issued by appropriate authority (for reserve Categories Only).

Last Date for Receipt of Online Applications:  10th May 2013.

The online Application Form for filling up and saving shall be available in the KPRB website till the “last date of receipt of online Application” only.
