Adarsha College of Engineering, an ISO 9001 - 2008 certified co- educational institution in Angul promoted by the Adarsh Educational Trust with a view to serve the area, was established in the year 2009 by Mr. Mahesh Chandra Dhal, a visionary Educationalist who believes " HARD WORK IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS".

Adarsh College of Engineering is the one among the leading institutions in the nation to have been awarded ISO 9001: 2008 Certification from PCMS in 2010 in recognition of its world class quality in different fields of Engineering. The core academic processes and civil supporting services are strictly followed and scrutinized according to ISO standards, where customers satisfaction and quality are given prior importance. It is governed by a Governing Body consisting of eminent educationists, industrialists, professionals, experts, etc.

All these institutions were established by creating necessary infrastructural facilities in the same campus spread over 29 acres of land. Separate buildings are provided for each institution following the AICTE as well as BPUT norms.
