About College

College of engineering and Technology (CET), was established in 1981 with two branches of Mechanical and Civil Engineering. Then the next year (in 1982) we added the department of Electrical Engineering. Subsequently two more branches of Instrumentation & Electronics and Department of Computer Science & Application were added.

Now, we have about 900 students studying at our campus. CET is a lively institution, with its dedicated & qualified teaching staff. The college is well equipped with modern laboratory facilities to meet the challenge & the need of the industries.

The students work on various internal/external departmental/ Interdepartmental projects. They undergo a 60 days vocational training in various leading industries as a part of their curriculum. They also present a technical seminar on the recent advancements in various fields.
