About College

Established in 1978 as Rasalpur College, Rasalpur, the college was renamed Dr. Jadunath College, Rasalpur, Balasore in 1984. It is a Non-Govt. Aided educational institution of the district of Balasore. It provides teaching facilities in Humanities, social sciences, physical sciences, commerce and the latest fields like computer science at +2 and +3 level. The college celebrated its silver; jubilee in 2004. It has been accredited by NAAC with B Grade.

The basic objective of this institution is to impart knowledge in various disciplines along with talking care for the holistic development of the learners. Research, state and national level seminars and extra-mural lectures contribute to the intellectual enrichment of members of staff and students. There are also different societies and association relating to social service and cultural programmes like N.S.S., Red Cross etc. Again to develop the creativity among the students the college also publishes an annual magazine.
