Harmukh College of Education (HCE)

The Harmukh College of education is approved by the department of Higher Education, J&K Government and is affiliated to University of Kashmir, Srinagar located in the heart of town Bandipora just one hours drive from Srinagar on its north Bandipora is a famous health resort which has many beauty spots that attract the eve of every lover of nature and the peace loving person. The town stands on the banks famous Lake of Asia The Wular. The town has the highest literacy rate which creates homely atmosphere for all kind of literary activities and pursuit as such. The people of the town are well known for the hospitality and fellow feelings which makes the area more peaceful and conductive for educational pursuits. The Harmukh College of education has adequate infrastructural facilities to run the B.Ed. Courses quite efficiently and satisfactorily as per the norms of Kashmir University to which the college stands affiliated. The college management also runs one government recognized Middle School namely THE HARAMUKH TOPSONS PUBLIC SCHOOL having around 250 students on its rolls at present.
