Jatindra Rajendra Mahavidyalaya, Murshidabad was established in 1986. The College is affiliated to University of Kalyani. The college is situated within a small but beautiful campus of 1.87 acres. The college offers curriculum only under humanities faculty comprising of five departments. The executive committee of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council on the recommendation of  the duly appointed Peer Team is pleased to declare the Jatindra Rajendra Mahavidyalaya Amtala, Dist. Murshidabad, affiliated to University of Kalyani West Bengal as Accredited at the C++ level. A variety of teaching and learning techniques are employed to impart knowledge and skills to students at Jatindra Rajendra Mahavidyalaya in its various departments.
