About College

Kalimpong College (KC), Kalimpong was established in 1962. This is a Co-education, affiliated college. The institute is situated in the midst of open, attractive scenery of nature. The calm, quiet serene situation is quite conductive to academic pursuits.  The college is recognized by UGC under 2(f) & 12(b) and accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with B grade. The College has well experienced teachers to enlighten the students. The college has state-of-the-art technologies and infrastructure.

The college is affiliated to North Bengal University, established in 1962 with a goal to disseminate knowledge to fulfill growing socio-economic and technical manpower needs in the six North Bengal districts and the neighboring state of Sikkim. This is a state university situated near Siliguri in Darjeeling district. The University was established by Act of the Legislature of West Bengal in 1962.
