PADMASHREE KRUTARTHA ACHARYA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, Bargarh, has got its existence in the year 2002, with and objective to impart value, ethics and principles. It highlights quality rather than quantitative education to the students of Odisha as well as other parts of India.
