Raja N.L.Khan Mahavidyalaya(RNLKM), Paschim Medinipur was established in 1957. The college was started to provide the needs of higher and quality education of the local people. The college is affiliated to the Vidyasagar University, a state University, established in 1981. This is a renowned University and named after one of the most illustrious sons of Bengal as well as one of the doyens of Indian Renaissance, Pandit Iswar Chandra Vidyasagar.
