Rani Dhanya Kumari College

Rani Dhanya Kumari College (RDKC), Murshidabad was established in 1962. This is a well -known self financing and Co-education College. The college is imparting the higher education to this college.  The institute strives for socio-cultural as well as educational upliftment of the surrounding areas largely populated by SC, ST and other backward communities. The college draws its academic strength from its competent faculties and well-equipped Infrastructure. The college is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).

The college comes under the University of Kalyani, established in 1960 with a campus area of over 400 acres in Kalyani town. It caters mostly to the students of rural and back ward areas. The University has a three-star accreditation from National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The university is presently offering 23 post graduate programmes under four faculties. The University is a member of association of Indian Universities (AIU), Association commonwealth Universities (ACU), Global University Network for Innovation (GUNI).
