RIMT - Institute of Engg. & Tech

RIMT Institute of Engineering & Technology, Mandi Gobindgarh was established in 2003. The college offers various graduate and postgraduate courses, which have been approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and Government of Punjab. RIMT Institute of Engineering and Technology came into being under the guidance and support of Shri Om Parkash Educational and Social Welfare Trust.

The college is the second educational institution established by the Trust, the first being RIMT Institute of Management & Computer Technology (incepted in 2001). Soon after the success of the aforementioned institutions, the Trust went on to start some more educational institutes, which includes RIMT College of Architecture (2004), RIMT Polytechnic College (2005) and RIMT College of Education (2005). The college has well equipped, airy and spacious class rooms with all modern facilities.
