Santipur College

Santipur College (SC), Santipur was established in 1948. This is a Self Financing, Co-education College. The College pursues its objective of providing quality education in the field of Arts and Science to ensure development of human resources both personality-wise and career-wise. It also aims to create such an environment that can make the students a good citizen in life and professional in Career.The College provides a unique educational environment with its own campus. The college is affiliated to University of Kalyani, established in 1960. The University was set-up in the post independence period. The University has a three-star accreditation from National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The University is an academic hub of sub urban region of West Bengal. The University provides academic guidance and leadership to several affiliated degree colleges and its territorial jurisdiction extends to the districts of Nadia, Murshidabad and parts of North 24 Parganas.
