Shri Shivaji Vidya Prasarak Sansthas College of Fine Arts to impart quality higher education and inculcate social and ethical values among young minds to build a strong nation.  To impart under graduate education to all the desirous students in general and to the boys and girls belonging to the tribals, peasants and deprived classes in particular, who form the major chunk of the population of Dhule district. The goal of the institution is 'Bahujan Hitay, Bahujan Sukhay' (to safeguard the interest of almost all people and to make them happy). To attend community development through organizing various programmes and providing infrastructural facilities. To inculcate discipline among the students in order to make them responsible members of society. To develop patentability of the students through extracurricular activities.
