Spintronic Technology & Advance Research (STAR), Bhubaneswar established in 2009, is specialized interdisciplinary technology center to develop next generation engineering applications. The Starian will be specially trained to meet the global challenges and will definitely sparkle in the galaxy of technological arena. 

The vision of conquering all frontiers in the field of technical education has led the scientist Er. Sanjib Sahu, a leading luminary of the international scientific community to set up Spintronic Technology And Advance Research (STAR), a degree Engineering College affiliated to BPUT, Rourkela & approval by AICTE, New Delhi in the heart of Bhubaneswar, Orissa’s lush green & ever booming capital city in 2009 with intake capacity of 240 students in four disciplines namely Electronic & Communication Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering.
