About College

Inspired by the noble cause of education and philanthropic zeal, a group of twenty-two Kolkata based like-minded industrialists joined hands to form a charitable educational foundation – Kalyan Bharti Trust (KBT) – to further their dreams of serving the Society. The Heritage Academy was setup by the Kalyan Bharti Trust in 2007.

Kolkata has produced distinguished luminaries from all walks of life – many of whom are world leaders. The Heritage Academy wishes to strengthen this process by putting the city in the forefront of educational activities while carving a name for itself in the top echelons of the academic world. The Heritage Academy is committed to educating students of diverse backgrounds and talents in a warm and caring environment that encourages excellence and community. The academy strives to widen its cultural breadth by attracting students from various ethnic, racial, socioeconomic and geographic backgrounds.
