Vivekananda Institute of Technology(VIVTECH), Bhubaneswar situated in a wide-spread area of 40 acres of land in a tranquil atmosphere is affiliated to Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Rourkela. It offers four-year full-time undergraduate course in various branches of engineering. The college has got the approval of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.

 With the intention to provide in-depth education, it has designed the curriculum in such a manner that a blend of theoretical practical education is imparted to the students. Vivekananda Institute of Technology is working under the guidance and sponsorship of SOHUM World Foundation. The college aims to produce well-qualified and skilled technical professionals.
