Indian Institute of Management ( IIM ) has been set up by the Government of India, Ministry of Human Resource Development in 2010 at Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh.

The Institute believes in preparing ethical leaders who are not only committed to business, commerce and industry but are also socially conscious towards their contribution in nation building and bring in name for the country globally. The institute is abuzz with activities carried by the student clubs which are now expanding their scope of activity and bringing luminaries from the Corporate.

The Institute is conducting Entrance test every year for Admission of Management studies based on the some qualifying tests. Merit list will be based on some criteria’s. All details related Merit list are given below.

CAT Score: 32 %

CAT 2014 score will be used for this.

Personal Appearance ( WAT & PI ): 30%. This will be based on below two exams

Written Analysis Test ( WAT ): 10

Personal Interview ( PI ): 20

Profile Score: 38%. This also will be based on below categories

Academic Profile: 20

For Academic Profile, 20% of the marks will be based on following

Preparing the Merit List

The Merit List will be prepared based on CAT / GMAT / BAT Score, Personal Interview, Academic Qualification and Relevant Working Experience.

Criteria for Preparing the Merit List

The criteria for preparing the Merit List will be as follows

Test Score: 30%

Personal Interview ( PI ) : 25%

Academic and Work Experience: 45%

Acceptance of Admission Offer

A candidate receiving admission offer from IIM Raipur and accepting the offer within the stipulated date needs to send Offer Acceptance Letter and fee of Rs.50,000/- ( by the date mentioned in offer letter ) which will be adjusted against the amount of first installment..

Withdrawal

If a candidate subsequently wishes to withdraw the offer within the withdrawal date specified in the Offer Letter, Offer Acceptance Amount will be refunded after deducting Rs.1000/- as processing charges.

If a candidate registers for the programme, his / her Offer Acceptance Amount will be adjusted against Term I Fee.

In the event of withdrawal from the Programme after registration, and if seat consequently falling vacant gets filled by another candidate by the last date of admission, IIM Raipur will return the fees collected with proportionate deductions of fee and hostel rent, where applicable.

No Objection Certificate

Candidates have to submit the No-Objection Certificate from their employer at the time of admission.
