Regional Cancer Centre ( RCC ) Superspeciality Entrance Examination

The Regional Cancer Centre ( RCC ), Thiruvananthapuram, was established in 1981 by the Government of Kerala and Government of India.We are a comprehensive cancer centre catering to the population of the State of Kerala and the adjoining parts of Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.

From a modest beginning, the Regional Cancer Centre has evolved into an internationally recognized centre for conducting a wide range of cancer research and providing state-of-the-art facilities for cancer diagnosis, treatment, palliation and rehabilitation.

Applications are invited for admission to the following Post Graduate Super specialty courses such as M.Ch Surgical Oncology, DM Medical Oncology, DM Pediatric Oncology  via an entrance exam for the academic year 2015-16 commencing on 01st May 2015 at the Regional Cancer Centre, Thiruvananthapuram. RCC SET 2021 Fees Details

Regional Cancer Center Thiruvananthapuram ( RCC ) Medical Entrance Examination Fees Structure - 2015 :

For  Super speciality Courses:

  1. Tuition fees Rs. 3,50,000/- per annum
  2. Caution Deposit Rs. 10,000/- (refundable)
  3. Examination fee – as applicable to Kerala University of Health Sciences, Thrissur

The tuition fees for in-service candidates will be as fixed by the Government of Kerala.

Fee Refund Details :

Fees remitted will not be refunded under any circumstances after 10.00 am on 30thSeptember 2015. However in case of candidates who leave the course before 10:00 am on 30th September 2015, fees will be refunded after deducting administrative charges of Rupees 2000/-

Candidates who discontinue the course after 10.00 am on 30thSeptember2015 will forfeit the fees paid and will be liable to pay Liquidated damages.

Liquidated damages & Execution of Bond:

All candidates selected for the Super Specialty Courses have to execute a bond  in stamped paper (all pages of the bond should be in stamped paper) of the value of Rs.200/- of Kerala stamp paper each at the time of joining the course to the effect that :

He / she shall not discontinue the Super Speciality Course he / she has been selected to after 10.00 am on 30th September 2015. If a student discontinues the Super Specialty Course after this, he / she shall pay Rs. 17/-lakhs (Rs. Seventeen lakhs only) as Liquidated damages and also the stipend already received.
