Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test ( GPAT )

GRADUATE PHARMACY APTITUDE TEST (GPAT) is a national level entrance exam conducted by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) every year as per the directions of Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India. This test facilitates institutions to select suitable Pharmacy graduates for admission into the Master’s (M.Pharm) program. The GPAT is a three-hour computer based online test which is conducted in a single session. The GPAT score is accepted by all AICTE-Approved Institutions/University Departments/Constituent Colleges/Affiliated Colleges. A few scholarships and other financial assistance in the field of Pharmacy are also given on the basis of the GPAT score.

From 2019, GPAT will be conducted by National Testing Agency in Computer Based Test mode only. The syllabus and the pattern of question paper would remain the same. There will be NO increase in the exam fees currently being charged. And this includes about a 70 pages of the syllabus which comprises all of the subjects included in all years of Bpharm course.

GPAT 2021 Application Fees

GPAT 2019 Application Fee: 
Candidates can submit the amount of application fee via Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking/e-Challan. The fee amount is as follows:

  1. General and OBC Male Candidates: Rs. 1400.
  2. General and OBC Female Candidates: Rs. 700.
  3. ST / SC / PWD Male Candidates: 700.
  4. ST / SC / PWD Female Candidates: 700.
  5. Fee for Transgender: Rs. 700
