Deccan College of Interiar Design

Deccan Institute of Technology (DIT) Kolhapur has become a land-mark institute for students of Interior Designing, Landscaping & everything else that goes with architecture, construction & development activities of land.

Initially the institute aimed at training the very much needed semi-technical workers like plumbers, supervisors etc. However over a period of time these not much in demand unrecognized courses were discontinued & the Institute gained a stature to run well recognized courses under the aegis of Shivaji University, Kolhapur, Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, Maharashtra State Board Vocational of Education.

The keen interest & involvement of every trustee in the day to day academic & administrative activity of the institute is ever appreciable. The fee structure is affordable by one & all. And the Board of Trustees is always magnanimous to consider cases that need partial or even full exemption. They are selfless in their approach & there is no commercial angle to their motive of running this institute since they treat this as their social obligation.
