Maharashtra Post Graduate Medical, Postgraduate Dental Entrance Exam ( MH PGMPGDCET )

Maharashtra Post Graduate Medical Post Graduate Dental Common Entrance Test ( MH PGM PGD CET ) 2012 is an Entrance exam conducted by Maharashtra University. Maharashtra State conducts the PGM and PGD common entrance exam for the candidates admission for the Post Graduate Medical courses and the Post Dental courses such as MD ( Doctor of Medicine ), MS ( Master of Surgery ), PG Diploma ( Postgraduate Diploma ) Program commencing session 2012 - 13.

 

MH PGMPGDCET 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Maharashtra Postgraduate Medical / Dental Entrance Examination (  MH PGMPGDCET ) -  2015 – Application Procedure

Online Registration & filling Application form is from 1st Dec 2014 to 15th Dec 2014.

Application fee: Rs. 3000/- + Rs. 60/- Bank Charges

The Competent Authority shall issue Notification regarding online / Computerized Scanable application form filling process. The information Brochure containing procedures for admission to postgraduate courses will be made available on website of DMER.

An applicant seeking admission to the PGD / PGM -CET-2015 will be required to submit single prescribed online application form ( Excepts In-service Candidates )

For In-Service Candidates

The Information Brochure and Computerized Scanable Application form will be available at Designated Authorities i.e. all Government Dental Colleges and B.J Medical College, Pune from 01 / 12 / 2014 to 15 / 12 / 2014 excluding Sundays and State Government Holidays.

The cost of the Information Brochure along with Computerized Scanable Application Form of PGD / PGM-CET 2015 and Examination Fee is Rs. 3000/- to be paid by Demand Draft / Pay Order drawn on any   nationalized / scheduled commercial Bank in favor of the Director, Medical Education and Research, Mumbai, payable at Mumbai. This amount is not refundable.

In-service candidates should submit in person Computerized Scanable Application form to the Designated Authority after obtaining eligibility remarks from the concerned Dean of his / her Establishment within prescribed time schedule for submission of application form. The Dean of Concerned Establishment will be responsible for scrutiny and determining the eligibility of In-service Candidates.  

Application forms of the candidates shall be received at Designated Authorities i.e. all the Government Dental Colleges and B.J Medical College, Pune. The applications will be scrutinized by them and shall be submitted to the Competent Authority. The Designated Authority will be responsible for sale, receipt of application form of In-Service Candidates.

Cost of online application form of PGD / PGM CET 2015 & examination fee is Rs. 3000/- + Rs. 60/- Bank Charges. This amount is not refundable.

PGD / PGM -CET-2015 will be conducted at Mumbai, Pune, Aurangabad and Nagpur centres. Candidate can choose the centre for examination as per his choice and indicate the same in online / Scanable Application form for In-Service Candidates. Such choice once exercised will be final and binding.

The information Brochure and online application Form will be available from 01 / 12 / 2014 to 15 / 12 / 2014. Before filling Online Application form download information brochure of PGD / PGM CET 2015 and read the same carefully. The Applicants must possess the required criteria and education qualification as mentioned in the Information Brochure of PGD / PGM CET 2015

The details of online form submission process on DEMR are as mentioned below. ( Not Applicable for In-Service Candidates )

Apply Online for PGD / PGM CET 2015 Link will be available on DMER website Click on the above Link.

Application form link will be displayed. Click on Application form link.

Instructions page will be displayed. Carefully read the Instructions for filling online form. After reading Instructions, applicant has to click NEXT button to go to actual Online Application form.

Candidate should fill all the entries in application form and upload his / her Scanned photograph and signature.

System will validate required fields before allowing him / her to submission.

During submission the application system will ask to Candidate for Password.

Eligible Candidate will be able to submit the form. There is provision to make changes in the Application Form before Click on Submit Button. Candidate should verify the Correctness of entries made in application form. There is no provision to make changes in the application form once Submit Button is clicked.

After submission of form Bank Challan will be displayed in two parts.

Unique Application No. ( Username ) along with details of nonrefundable required fee Rs. 3,000/-+ Rs. 60/- Bank charges will be available on challan and same details will be mailed to the Candidate on his given E-mail ID.

Candidate should take printout of Bank Challan. With this Challan pay the required fee in any Branch of State Bank of India on Second Working Day onwards, from the day of Printing Challan and obtain your copy of Challan indicating Journal ID / Transaction ID.

‘Log In’ Link will be available on DMER website to verify the Application Form.

Candidate should login with Application No. ( User Name ) and his / her unique Password to download the printout of Application Form

Candidate has to preserve the downloaded printout of Application Form for subsequent use.

Applicants need not send copy of Application Form or any Document to this office.

Please note that if you commit any mistake in filling the online Application Form, it cannot be corrected by this office. The office will take no responsibility of any kind for such forms.

Candidate should preserve the (i) Bank Challan (ii) Copy of downloaded online form (iii) downloaded copy of Information Brochure for subsequent use.
