Forest Research Institute ( FRI ) Entrance Examination

Forest Research Institute, Dehradun has invited applications from interested candidates for postgraduate level programmes offered by it for the academic session set to commence in 2018. Aspirants who meet the eligibility criteria set by Forest Research Institute (FRI) can apply for admission in Master of Science (MSc) programmes offered by the university in Forestry, Environment Management, Wood Science & Technology as well as Cellulose & Paper Technology.

Aspirants can fill the application form for Forest Research Institute admission online or offline. In order to secure admission in courses offered at FRI candidates need to appear for an entrance exam conducted by the institute. Aspirants are shortlisted for admission on the basis of their performance in FRI admission test.

FRI 2021 Exam Pattern

Exam Pattern:

The exam will consist of multiple choice questions.
The duration of the entrance test is 3 hours.
Exam will be held in offline mode.
Candidates have to answer using blue/black point only.
Each question will be followed by 4 alternative answers.
The candidate is required to select the one which he/she feels is correct answer out of 4 options.
There will be negative marking for wrong answer to the extent of one-fourth (¼) of the marks allotted to the questions.
