Forest Research Institute ( FRI ) Entrance Examination

Forest Research Institute, Dehradun has invited applications from interested candidates for postgraduate level programmes offered by it for the academic session set to commence in 2018. Aspirants who meet the eligibility criteria set by Forest Research Institute (FRI) can apply for admission in Master of Science (MSc) programmes offered by the university in Forestry, Environment Management, Wood Science & Technology as well as Cellulose & Paper Technology.

Aspirants can fill the application form for Forest Research Institute admission online or offline. In order to secure admission in courses offered at FRI candidates need to appear for an entrance exam conducted by the institute. Aspirants are shortlisted for admission on the basis of their performance in FRI admission test.

FRI 2021 Exam Syllabus

Syllabus:

Syllabus is divided into Section A and B for Paper 1 and 2. The detailed syllabus for FRI M.Sc. 2018 is given below:

FRI Dehradun Entrance Exam common syllabus:

  1. Basic Sciences including Social Science
  2. Arithmetic and Quantitative abilities, Computational ability, Quantitative reasoning, Interpretation of Tables, Graphs, etc.
  3. General Knowledge and Current Affairs.
  4. English Language, Comprehension, Vocabulary, Grammar, Idioms, etc.

Section B
