Mar Ivanios College

MarIvanios College,  Trivandrum  was established in 1949by its Founder-visionary, the Late His Grace Mar Ivanios, Archbishop ofTrivandrum. In the context of globalization, in order to meet the challenges,the Higher Education Scenario has to be streamlined at par with the globalstandards. Mar Ivanios College was awarded the status of a  College withPotential for Excellence by the UGC  as the UGC recognized its role in thepresent context as an agent of progress, social change, and development of thenation.

This College has been established for providing educational opportunities tothe young men and women of there country especially the members of the SyrianCatholic Christian Community. It extends its services to the members of theother communities also to the extent possible irrespective of Caste or Creed.
