Baselios Poulose II Catholicos College

Baselios Poulose II Catholicos College, Ernakulam was established in 1995 in the aided sector, offers instructions in variety of job oriented courses in the realm of arts, technology and management. The institution has permanent affiliation to Mahatma Gandhi University and all the courses are under aided sector of Govt. of Kerala, thus giving equal opportunity to the deserving youth irrespective of caste, creed and economical status.

The  main mission of the college is to promote our learners’ skills in their chosen areas of specialization, to facilitate the employability of the learners to give them a vocation through education, to collaborate with the stakeholders for quality education, to make the learners socially committed, morally upright, physically vibrant and spiritually inspired citizens, to become an accredited institution and to develop into a centre of quality and excellence in imparting relevant and value based education to the rural youth.

The dream of starting a college at Piravom under the management of the Jacobite Syrian Orthodox Church came true with the approbation of His beatitude Baselios Poulose II Catholics of the East. It was thus granted in the name of Baselios Poulose II and the sanction order was issued by the mahatma Gandhi University.
